Case Studies

BMW Manufacturing

BMW Manufacturing, a new client of Exhibits South, had a vision to make their annual supplier diversity trade show a platform to provide inclusion and opportunity. Their goal was to make it seamless for their Tier 1 Suppliers to connect with Tier 2 Providers comprised of Women and Minority entrepreneurs. The event would host 1,000 plus suppliers and exhibitors. Effective use of space and streamlined design and setup were crucial to promote interaction.

Aviagen

Aviagen, a long time client of Exhibits South, participates in one of the largest poultry trade shows in the world, International Production and Processing Exposition (IPPE) held in Atlanta Georgia every year since 1947. This event represents the world in the poultry industry. With that said it was most important for Aviagen to be represented at IPPE as a Corporate Global Company Headquarters.

AIG Aviation

In 2004 AIG Aviation purchased a modular 20’ x 20’ exhibit display from Exhibits South which served their 20 x 20 island and 10 x 20 inline trade show needs for almost a decade. Exhibits South stored, maintained and arranged show services for the AIG booth throughout this time.

EQUIFAX

EQUIFAX approached Exhibits South to provide a modular display solution that could represent multiple levels of branding. With a majority of the customer’s 100 shows being smaller inline exhibits, the design phase began with the 10’ x 10’ properties leading to reconfigurations developed using the 10’ solutions as the core of the design.

United States Marine Corp

The United States Marine Corps wanted to promote their recruiting efforts with the use of displays made in the USA. Their needs included signage for recruiting stations, portable displays to be used at various indoor and outdoor venues, and exhibits for conventional trade shows.

Home Depot

The Home Depot Supplier Diversity Department was in need of an exhibit to educate suppliers and vendors about their Supplier Diversity Program. One goal of the exhibit was to allow prospective minority and women suppliers and vendors to access The Home Depot's supplier database and fill out a profile application while in the booth. The design needed to convey all of the different facets of The Home Depot's business.
